- Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives, requirements, and constraints
- Create architectural designs and concept drawings using industry-standard software
- Present and communicate design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals
- Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any design or construction-related issues
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction methodologies
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Project Architect, preferably in a reputable architectural firm
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent design and visualization skills
- Effective project management abilities, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working on diverse architectural projects, including commercial and residential
- LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus
