JOB FUNCTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
· Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
· Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, coordinating patient referrals (To/From) Attorney and Doctor offices
· Other coordinating responsibilities: insurance verifications / patient files
· Ensuring office is providing excellent customer service and care.

· Directly reporting to Directors/owners regularly and keeping management team informed of special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
· Along with manager duties, day to day tasks will include front desk responsibilities including, answering phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, creating and maintaining patient folders, scheduling patients, responding to various requests from vendors, emails, and maintaining front desk operations are running smoothly.
· Involvement in patient flow by directly communicating and assisting doctors with patient information.
· Responsible for being the subject matter expert in insurance related matters.
- Be a self starter, someone who takes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervision.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to three years’ experience in an office setting manager
- 2 years experience in a medical office setting with insurance patients, including insurance verification and posting payments
- 2 years experience in a supervisory role
