Small Spiritwear Company actively seeking an experienced Silk Screener to join our team.
The candidate must be experienced with automatic and manual screen-printing equipment. The candidate must be knowledgeable and dependable with excellent written and oral communication skills. The candidate should be self-motivated, task oriented and take pride in work completed. Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
_ Coating and Reclaiming Screens_
_ Screen Mesh Knowledge_
_ Registering and Exposing Screens_
_ Mixing and Loading Inks_
_ Job Set Up on Brown Automatic and Manual_
_ Job Tear Down and Clean Up_
_ Equipment Maintenance and upkeep_
_ Efficiently Running Automatic Brown Press_
_ Efficiently Running Manual Brown Press_
_ Processing orders and Order Fulfillment_
_ Folding and Stacking Apparel_
_ Developing standards and best practices_
_ Collaborate with team members to follow established processes and procedures_
_ Clean and Maintain Equipment_
_ Organize and Clean Shop and Sales Floor_
_ Order Entry and Administrative Duties_
_ Operation of Heat Press_
_ Operation of Vinyl Cutter_
_ Experience in Graphic Design a Bonus_

We print for sports teams, corporations, schools, events and more. We have developed a reputation of quality work, fair pricing and on time delivery. We are looking for someone who is Able to apply common sense and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, deadline oriented manufacturing environment.
Compensation: Pay based on experience. Wage increases as key factors learned. Will train the right individual.
Employment Type: Currently looking for Full Time, Part Time, Internship and contract printing for two shifts
