Job Title: Production Line Worker
Summary:
This is a challenging role that requires individuals to work in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding production needs, working overtime when required, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in light industrial manufacturing, knowledge of shock and strut production, and forklift operation skills. However, this is not a requirement, and we encourage applicants with transferable skills to apply.
The company offers a competitive hourly rate, $17.00 for the first 30 days, increasing to $19.00 per hour after 30 days, contingent on good attendance and work quality. Additionally, employees are eligible for employee benefits, bonuses, and a retention incentive.
