What You’ll Be Doing :
As our Staffing Operations Manager , you’ll be the right hand to the CEO, leading day-to-day operations and ensuring our business runs smoothly. This role is all about leadership, adaptability, and taking ownership .
Lead & Optimize Operations – Oversee and improve daily staffing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and alignment with company goals.
Drive Business Growth – Identify opportunities to expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and develop innovative staffing strategies.
