On Site Manager / Staffing (Bilingual)
As an On-Site Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the recruitment and selection process for our client. You will work on-site at the company's location, collaborating closely with hiring managers to hire qualified candidates. Your role is crucial in ensuring the company attracts top talent and maintains a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
Responsibilities :
Execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Conflict Resolution amongst candidates
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company's culture and requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the ideal candidate profiles.
Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
Review Staffing reports to ensure accuracy for payroll.
Handle any injury reports.
Requirements :
Previous experience in Light Industrial staffing or HR preferred
Proven experience as an On-Site Manager in Staffing preferably with on-site recruitment experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Previous experience resolving conflicts amongst temporary workers.
