Warehouse Trainer
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Prepare training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.
Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are fully trained and integrated into the team.
Equipment that will be available / used in this role : Reach Truck, Order Picker, Pallet Rider
Climate controlled warehouse
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Warehouse Trainer or in a similar role within a warehouse setting.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate employees, fostering a positive learning environment.
Proficiency in using training software and tools.
Certified in forklift operation and safety training is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training certification is advantageous
