- Station Tour and Conditional Offer Letter : At Elite-Star Express, we believe in transparency and ensuring our potential team members are well-acquainted with our operations. As part of our recruitment process, we invite shortlisted candidates for a station tour, providing an insightful behind-the-scenes look at our day-to-day operations, facilities, and the dynamic environment you might soon be a part of. Following the tour, candidates who align with our values and meet our criteria are presented with a conditional offer letter. This letter outlines the terms of employment, pending the successful completion of any remaining pre-employment checks and requirements. - Training : Once selected, you will undergo a training program to familiarize yourself with our processes, tools, and the Amazon delivery model. Training will last 2 Days at the Amazon Training Center in Manassas, followed by 1 Day On the Road Experience. Training is fully paid!
- Welcome Onboard! : Upon completing your training, you'll be all set to bring smiles to our customers' faces! Initially, we'll ease you into the process with a few introductory Nursery routes. As you grow more comfortable and adept at delivering smiles, we'll transition you to a full daily schedule.
