Mold Remediation Supervisor

The overall accountability for this position is to create bid proposals for executing various construction and Mold remediation jobs and manage the proposal's approval.

• The candidates must have experience in walking jobs, preparing proposals, and managing Xactimate proposals for various remediation jobs.
• Must have a varied Construction background to include drywall, tile, demolition, mold containment, installation of cabinetry, etc.,
• Ability to Manage details of each job to completion and train others in areas of expertise for their position.
• Work with customers and team to create a positive and constructive work environment.
• Must have Xactimate experience
• Beneficial to be certified in water and or Mold remediation

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage remediation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct thorough assessments of properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage to determine necessary restoration actions.
• Utilize tools and equipment, including hand and power tools, to perform restoration tasks such as drywall repair and carpet cleaning.
• Document project progress and costs using Xactimate software for accurate billing and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• xactimate: 3 years (Required)
• Xactimate and bid writing and Management: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Certifications in Water or Mold (Preferred)
