The Customer Service Specialist will schedule appointments with qualified consumers, acquire and present extensive knowledge of pest control solutions, and secure ongoing business relationships on behalf of ES Solutions. Entry Level Customer Service Specialists will be allowed to work closely with upper management and seasoned national trainers to receive thorough classroom training and education in all departments. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be given the responsibility of increasing brand awareness as the trusted face of our company, paving the path for future upward mobility.
