Pest Control Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Master our sales systems and procedures through classroom-style training and one-on-one mentorship
- Deliver compelling and informative presentations to homeowners daily about the benefits our client’s pest control service options
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community events
- Gain a deep understanding of our client’s pest control service offerings and solutions including treatment methods, safety protocols, and environmental impact, to effectively educate and inform potential customers
- Walk customers through the sales process including service enrollment, pricing, and expectations
- Identify pest control sales opportunities through repeat business and referral opportunities to increase sales metrics
- Experience in sales, account management, or applicable customer-facing role
- Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills
- The willingness to learn various pest control services to become an incredible asset to the client and partake in expansion opportunities
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to build rapport with all personality types
