Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. 7:00am to 5:30pm, hours & days can vary based upon Owner/GC requirements and workload.

Elite Surface Infrastructure (ESI) is a growing company located in Englewood Colorado and has been working along the Colorado front range since 1998. ESI is one of the largest construction companies in Colorado that self-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for Infrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial, municipal, and federal sectors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Seven years’ experience preferred.
- Work alongside crews, operating equipment- making grade /- 0.1ft and or performing general labor work to complete construction projects safely and within contract requirements.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
- Prepare and submit daily timesheets, progress reports, code receipts & invoices, or track change of conditions that impact contract cost and scheduling.
- Meet the requirements under FMCSA for a qualified driver to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle which include Part 391.11 Subpart B (b)(2) "Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records". (CDL NOT required)
- Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or infrastructure systems.
- Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies.
- Requisition supplies or materials to complete construction projects.
