POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a full-time position(40 Hours). Working hours will be M – F, 8:00am to 4:30 pm. As part of our Team, you will be responsible for providing a professional environment and positive attitude and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a quick learner who is very organized, self-motivated, and computer savvy. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with our internal office systems/procedures and includes a combination of answering telephones, data entry, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.

- Ability to exhibit a professional and positive demeanor toward others to create a team atmosphere.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, etc.).
- Input and maintain 8-1-1 locates for companywide job sites.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer, data entry.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of water meters and 8-1-1 tickets.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Maintain confidentiality with privileged information.
- Input, organize and distribute fleet renewals and insurance.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Experience a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License to legally operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, general knowledge of computer use and typing.
- Dress code is business casual.
