Candidate Requirements:
We are seeking a Pool Technician who is responsible for cleaning and maintaining between 70-95 residential pools and spas per week in an assigned territory/ route on a weekly basis. Employee must enjoy working outdoors independently (rain or shine, hot & cold). The work is moderately physical requiring walking, bending, lifting etc. Must have strong communication skills, great customer service and a professional demeanor always striving to exceed our customers’ expectations when servicing the swimming pool.
Employees are responsible for and must maintain all pools clean and provide a safe, healthy, and balanced pool weekly. Employees are responsible for and must maintain company vehicle clean and operate vehicle in a safe manner at all times. Employees are responsible for any and all company provided equipment and/or tools clean and in good working order at all times during duration of employment.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Pool Service Professional, who is responsible for maintaining Pools, Spas and Fountains on an assigned route, throughout the week. Monday through Friday's occasional Saturday's. This person should be customer service oriented, courteous, willing to take initiative, have good time management, sense of urgency, good driving record, with a desire for growth and with a high detail orientation.

Job Responsibilities-Pool Service Technician
- Cleaning Pools & Spas on a Designated Route
- Maintain the Water Chemistry of the pools.

- Able to keep Accurate Records.
- Communicate with Customers and Supervisor in a Timely Manner.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Must have a valid Florida driving license required for field staff.
- Must drive company vehicle safe at all times and abide all state traffic laws.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs and up to 100lbs.
- Prior experience is huge plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, safe driving, screening and training.
- We are a Drug Free Workplace.
- Can provide a valid photo ID, Social Security card, and attest to proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. at time of hire.
- Must be able to work in changing and inclement weather conditions.
- Must arrive to work on time each scheduled workday.
