We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive/Business Consultant with proven experience in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and HR outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background in the PEO space (REQUIRED). This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with businesses seeking to streamline HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance through outsourcing solutions.
This will be “tip of the spear sales.” Role is hybrid and can be located in any of the following locations: Nashville, TN, Chattanooga, TN, Knoxville, TN, Memphis, TN, or Louisville, KY.
ON TARGET EARNINGS - $200K, but can exceed this if goals are exceeded!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and target businesses in need of PEO or HR outsourcing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their HR needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage sales cycles, track leads, and report on pipeline progress.
• Present HR outsourcing services, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, risk management, and HR technology solutions like UKG Ready.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Work closely with marketing and service/operations teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field
• 3 years of PEO experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets PEO or HR Outsourcing industry
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Familiarity with UKG Ready or other HRIS systems
• Ability to aggressively prospect for new business
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
• Established network of businesses and associations in the Nashville and surrounding areas

• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and focused on new business achievement.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective HR outsourcing solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; capable of communicating as a knowledgeable professional to carriers, members and employers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple client relationships and sales processes
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
