Location:
Role is based at our new U.S. HQ in Huntersville, NC.
Your Role:
Reporting to the CCO, you’ll lead U.S. financial operations including accounting, tax, reporting, compliance, and budgeting. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across the U.S., Italy, Mexico, and Canada—and be instrumental in building the foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage A/P, A/R, billing, GL, monthly closes, and audits
- Prepare financial statements and executive reporting
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
- Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes
- Lead financial planning and analysis for the U.S. business
Must-Have Experience:
✅ 5–15 years in finance/accounting (CPA/CMA preferred)
✅ Strong GAAP knowledge
✅ Experience working in a distributor model with KeHE, C&S, or UNFI
✅ Prior experience with international brands or teams
✅ Systems-savvy with strong Excel and communication skills
