Job Description

• Represent clients in insurance coverage matters, primarily on the defense side
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
• Provide courtroom representation, handling trials and hearings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
• Strong litigation skills with recent experience
• Defense-side focus is required
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (additional admissions a plus)
