What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent (ELC) position at Elite Team Offices?
General Summary: The Superintendent is responsible for customer satisfaction, job budgeting, job scheduling, cost controlling, documentation and reporting for all assigned projects.
Core Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible to work with Project Managers to ensure the quality and profitability of all assigned jobs.
- After a job is awarded, the Superintendent is ultimately responsible for our customer’s satisfaction in the field.
- Responsible to ensure the documentation and reporting of all assigned jobs are completed according to signed job contracts and EMTS’s established procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Has general knowledge of landscape construction operations.
- Able to deliver professionally written and verbal correspondences with customers, vendors and employees.
- Effective listening skills to understand what our customers are looking for as a contractor and/or a subcontractor.
- The ability to communicate the needs of our customers to our employees.
- Have a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
- Work in an organized and proactive manner.
Education and Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent and/or related industry Superintendent.
