eLearning Specialist

Elite Technical is seeking a eLearning Specialist who can support our customer, a a leading educational university who is providing support for their Government customer in Norman OK (will require to be onsite 5 days per week) for a 12 month contract to permanent opportunity.

We are seeking candidates who can assist with the creation of training materials/programs for adult learners. The selected candidate will receive information from team members after detailed SME interviewing to then create the actual training program for the instructors to deliver the training to the adult learners. The selected candidate will have a basic history of course content gathering experience along with basic knowledge of SW authoring tools.

Required skills:

- Required: Degree in Instructional Design, Education (with a concentration in Adult Education or Training and Development), Educational Technology/Learning Technology or a related training field from a college or university accredited by a national or regional accreditation.
- Knowledge/experience in building training/learning courses/materials a plus
- Skill using Microsoft Office Suite and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate 2019, Trivantis Lectora) sufficient to develop learning content, documentation, and storyboards
- Knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices in adult learning theory, instructional technology, instructional theory, and practice.
- Ability to develop eLearning courses using design methodologies and learning technologies, including graphics concepts, audio scripts, user interactions, and navigation elements.
