Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred..
Our direct client is seeking a Software Automation Engineer for a long term consulting engagement.
7 years of experience as an SDET/Automation Engineer.
Must have a strong background in using and managing both front-end and back-end automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, SoapUI, etc.)
Must have basic understand of AWS services
Must haves:
1. SDET/Automation first mindset, knows how to build frameworks from scratch and scale existing frameworks using Selenium/Java
2. Basic DevOps knowledge (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
3. Basic AWS knowledge and services
4. Python OR TypeScript OR JavaScript
5. DB knowledge: MongoDB (Preferred), DB2 or PostGres
6. Very strong communication skills
7. One or both: Healthcare / Digital Product support (Healthcare Digital product support would be a homerun)
Building/Scaling frameworks is critically important. They do not build frameworks from scratch, they build off existing frameworks, but wants candidates that know how to build from scratch so the knowledge is there.
Test Automation background is critically important. Must have an automation first mindset.
