Job Description : The Data Architect at Elite Technology will play a pivotal role in shaping the data architecture and reporting strategy for our platform. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, cloud technologies, and the ability to design scalable and efficient data solutions. Architects at Elite are hands-on, working with the engineering teams to deliver products to market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure services and a strong background in data architecture, data governance, and business intelligence.What You’ll Do : Define and implement the data architecture strategy for our SaaS platform.Define a data platform that allows strong data governance, sound operational control, and the flexibility needed by end customers.Lead the design and guide the development of scalable models, data pipelines, and data warehouses / lakes using Azure Fabric.Collaborate with product teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Develop and maintain a data governance framework.Oversee the implementation of data integration, ETL processes, and data migration strategies.Design and implement advanced analytics and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.Along with other architects and engineers, design and deliver AI solutions using the most current AI practices.Mentor and guide junior data engineers and architects.What You’ll Need : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10 years of experience in data architecture, data management, and business intelligence.Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Proven experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in the legal or financial sectors is a plus.Benefits : Competitive Compensation Package ($150,000 - $180,000 base salary variable component)Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage (Health, Dental, Vision)Retirement Savings Plan with an Employer ContributionProfessional Development OpportunitiesTime OffWellness Initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
