What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Staff position at Elite Therapy?
Job Description:
A cleaning staff or janitorial personnel is responsible for keeping offices and other public areas neat and organized. Their main duties include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, taking out the trash, cleaning appliances, and dusting ceilings and furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas.
Job Responsibilites:
- Dust, vacuum, and mop all floors within the building
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Sanitize, disinfect, and wipe down all appliances and surfaces in the kitchen
- Sanitize and wipe down dining area, including tables, chairs, booths, crafting tables, etc.
- Clean bathroom sinks, toilets, and floors each shift
- Inventory and stock products as needed, notify the manager when supplies need replenishing
- Wipe down and disinfect therapy and gym equipment
- Clean all glass office doors, as well as entry doors into our entrance
- Various other cleaning and janitorail tasks as needed
