Duties
- Conduct title searches and examine public records to determine the legal status of property titles
- Research and analyze property documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and liens
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on title findings
- Identify any potential issues or discrepancies in property titles
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Assist in resolving title issues and providing solutions
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information System) software and tools
- Experience in conducting research and analyzing data
- Familiarity with title processing procedures and real estate law
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve title issues
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients both internal and external
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the team
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality is a must
- Must be able to obtain a Missouri Department of Insurance Producer License
