ISI Elite Training Englewood NJ is currently seeking a high performing Facility Manager (FM) to be a leader for our location. The Facility Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, team production and development, consistent delivery of our brand standards, and drive facility membership growth goals.

Then you may be exactly who we are looking for! Here are some of the responsibilities of a Facility Manager :
Work collaboratively with Head Coach, Coaches, and Sales team to lead and drive facilitys overall effectiveness, growth, and efficiency
Hold all team members accountable to ISI Elite Training brand standards
Maintain a safe, fun, and clean facility
Execution and management of the ISI sales process
Ensuring the proper onboarding of all new ISI members
Responsible for making sure your facility has an elite and consistent member experience
Manage and participate in events including marketing events
Motivate Sales Associates and Coaches in achieving membership sales goals for the facility
Provide clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members
Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, and the management of all facility staff
Plan and execute the studios daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
Own facility growth and retention KPI reporting, ensuring it is getting updated on a daily basis.
At ISI Elite Training, you will lead the operation and success of a high energy facility, and build relationships with members and the community in order to help maintain and build a strong member base. You will be responsible for making sure the member experience is first class and always consistent.
What we look for (requirements) in a Facility Manager :
Have a Bachelor's degree and basic computer skills
A fitness-minded professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a sales quota environment or as a manager of fitness facility
Have the flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, as needed
Can perform, lead, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first-class member experience
Interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead
generation, social media, building and retaining members, growing a business
Practice positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals
Can commit to participating in 4 ISI workouts per week and attend all relevant ISI training programs
