Summary/Objective
Communicates and coordinates with other departments in order to fulfill customers’ needs. The first point of contact customers and drivers for general inquiries, like product availability, pricing, shipment scheduling etc. Builds and maintains business relationships with clients and suppliers by providing prompt and accurate service.
Essential Functions

· Communication - Attend and effectively communicate on daily conference calls with customers and other carriers. Assist in communicating with carriers, dispatching drivers, and covering shipments.
· Efficient data entry - record departure, arrival times, shipment details per stop on customer provided spreadsheets and internal database. Data entry of customer bills of lading using google docs.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, process and file daily driver paperwork.
· Troubleshooting – Assist drivers will scanning issues. Communicate, report, and follow up with IT and drivers on scanners. Scan mis sorts as they return to warehouse from route.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy
- Ability to handle outbound calling and provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in customer support and client services
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
