What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - 3rd Shift position at Elite Transportation, LLC?
Summary/Objective
- Scan, tag, and record LTL shipments into goggle docks.
- Asist dock associates with freight counts, sorting, and scanning.
- Complete Terminal, and Asset Tracking reports for all locations for 1st shift
- Print, email, and distribute BOL's for all locations.
- Answering incoming calls, texts and emails.
- Handle truck and trailer breakdown and driver call outs.
- Maintain truck, and equipment boards daily.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
