Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a keen understanding of schematics, contracts, and construction estimating to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against established milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to review schematics and design plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all terms are met.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to provide accurate cost assessments for projects.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D software is preferred for effective project planning and execution.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability in time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
