We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Automation / AI & LCAP Team Lead to guide a team in leveraging cutting-edge technology for automation solutions. This role will involve leading the design and implementation of automation strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using RPA, Azure Cloud, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Administer the enterprise-level Adobe management platform, including Adobe Sign.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the automation and AI engineering team.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop strategies for business process optimization.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all automation solutions.
