Job Description :
We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Support Specialist to provide ongoing maintenance and operation services for multiple IT distribution rooms at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This role involves ensuring the efficiency and reliability of HVAC, electrical systems, fire suppression systems, and UPS devices, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance and rapid response to issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on commercial-grade UPS devices.
- Manage work orders and track response times to meet strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform structural support services including plumbing and leak repairs.
- Execute periodic cleaning and maintenance of IT cabinets and racks.
