Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and reliable GIS Technician to join a dynamic team focused on preparing local GIS street data for a statewide road network. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in GIS and be detailoriented ensuring accurate data editing and verification.
Key Responsibilities :
- Edit road centerlines and associated characteristics using ESRI ArcGIS 10.x.
- Coordinate with local government entities to obtain and verify data.
- Query databases and validate GIS data for accuracy.
- Create and produce GIS maps and data for reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
