Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support professional to engage with Child Welfare personnel and resolve softwarerelated issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities and a solid understanding of child welfare policies and software systems. This role involves providing comprehensive support for the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) managing user profiles and addressing production issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to resolve software issues.
- Provide support for SACWIS ensuring accurate data entry and understanding of its functionalities.
- Manage software security including user profiles IDs and passwords.
- Utilize help desk ticketing systems to track and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain documentation related to software systems and adhere to the software development lifecycle.
