Key Responsibilities :
- Process vendor forms for DCS suppliers including foster and adoptive parents.
- Field phone inquiries related to invoicing and payment issues.
- Manage changes to vendor information such as banking details and addresses.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
