Job Description :
We are seeking an Information Security Analyst 1 to join our team, focusing on end-user support for Zscaler and VPN solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Windows environments and a commitment to enhancing user experience. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to training initiatives and maintain high standards of customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zscaler and VPN, troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Develop and deliver training materials for Zscaler to upskill team members.
- Create documentation for troubleshooting and supporting end-user Zscaler issues.
- Build and maintain Windows deployment packages using SCCM, KACE SMA, or Intune.
- Analyze Windows Event Logs and SIEM logs to support security investigations.
