Job Description :
We are seeking a Deployment and Desktop Support contractor to assist with the refresh of hardware for Mecklenburg County. This role involves reimaging existing laptops and desktops and deploying new equipment across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have experience in largescale deployments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate hardware refresh for laptops desktops and peripherals.
- Reimage and deploy existing and new devices.
- Manage medium complexity work efforts with limited leadership.
- Ensure compliance with county hardware standards and security policies.
- Engage in a daily classroomstyle setting standing and moving around.
