Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the integration and testing of SAP data into Workday HCM for a major implementation project. The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight manage a technical team and ensure that all project deliverables are met efficiently.< / p>
Key Responsibilities : < / p>
- Lead the data conversion and solution integrations from SAP to Workday HCM.< / li>
- Collaborate with technical leads to develop test strategies and oversee testing execution.< / li>
- Manage the design and build of integrations reports and workflows.< / li>
- Provide advisory support on complex technical issues and oversee overall testing efforts.< / li>
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation outlining design and implementation.< / li> < / ul>
Required Skills : < / p>
- 5 years of experience with Workday HCM in a cloud environment.< / li>
- Proven experience working with government organizations.< / li>
- Background in technical lead / support roles during Workday HCM implementations.< / li>
- Strong communication organizational and decisionmaking skills.< / li>
- Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies.< / li> < / ul>
