The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the functionality and usability of SharePoint solutions while providing support to endusers. This role requires a mix of technical skills and the ability to create userfriendly documentation and training materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and test SharePoint solutions and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Collaborate with developers to document test plans track issues and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create user guides and training materials tailored for endusers.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for endusers.
- Ensure web accessibility and usability standards are met.
