Job Description

The client is looking for a versatile IT Analyst skilled in diagnosing, implementing, administering, and supporting computer hardware, software, and network systems. Below is a summary of the key requirements:

1. Technical Expertise (40%)

• Problem diagnosis and resolution for hardware and software issues.
• Research and documentation for new solutions.
• Administration and implementation of IT systems and applications.

1. Leadership and Coordination (35%)

• Leading teams to develop processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Planning, designing, and implementing IT infrastructure components.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams, management, and vendors.

1. System Administration (15%)

• Maintaining and supporting servers, LANs, and telecommunication hardware.
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues and performing backups.

1. Other Duties (10%)

• Database administration, security enforcement, and virus/spyware remediation.
• Pursuing technical training and specialized client training.

• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Broad knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management and security enforcement.
• Knowledge of network, server, and telecommunication systems.

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields or equivalent experience.
• Associate’s degree or high school diploma with relevant experience may be considered.

1. Experience:

• Entry-level to two years of experience in IT roles (varies by level).

• Diagnostic tools with elevated privileges.
• Networking components such as switches, hubs, routers, and transceivers.
• Database systems, security protocols, and backup systems.
