- 5 years of experience managing Payroll on ERP Cloud Solutions (Workday Oracle Infor SAP S4 / HANA).
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Expertise in building project plans identifying HCM business requirements and facilitating testing and training.
- Strong analytical communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives.
