Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead Project Quality Management for a significant IT modernization initiative. This role involves ensuring high-quality project outcomes, overseeing vendor performance, and maintaining compliance with federal requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage quality assurance, quality control, and continual improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management Plan.
- Oversee vendor deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assess vendor proposals.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project management.
- Collaborate with Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) teams for quality improvements.
