Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical End User Support specialist to provide comprehensive assistance to computer, system, and phone users. This role involves troubleshooting various technical issues, ensuring smooth operations for end users during a short-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Windows-based machines (Windows 10 & 11) and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage basic Active Directory user tasks and provide assistance with Cisco-based phone systems.
- Utilize an in-house ticketing system for tracking and resolving technical issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and effectively de-escalate tense situations.
- Document, track, and monitor technical issues for timely resolution.
Key Technical Skills:
- Experience with Windows environments and Active Directory
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
- Basic networking support for connectivity issues
- Experience with hardware/software installation and imaging
