Job Description :
We are seeking a User Support Technician II to join our team in providing advanced troubleshooting and support to state and local employees, private businesses, and citizens. This role is critical in ensuring a high level of customer service and requires strong technical skills along with effective communication abilities. The position may allow for remote work initially, transitioning to onsite support as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Utilize ITIL methodology for documenting and managing incidents and service requests.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and network connectivity.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users and establish proactive customer relationships.
- Work under general supervision and may be required to work weekends and holidays.
