- Overseeing the inspection of automobiles and approving or disapproving repair requests
- Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with customers
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints regarding services and charges
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering parts and supplies as needed
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote automotive services
- Assuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental laws and regulations
- Setting and managing the budget for the service department

- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
- Solid technical background in automotive repair and maintenance

- Strong understanding of business principles and performance metrics
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is a plus
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
- Solid technical background in automotive repair and maintenance
