Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population
- Develop and manage your own patient panel
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers while practicing autonomously
- Perform physical exams and routine procedures
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Document all care in athenahealth EMR system
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the State of Georgia
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
- Prior experience in a primary care setting is preferred
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
