Elite Primary Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide primary care at EPC. Providers will work both autonomously and in collaboration with other healthcare providers. Prefer experience in unrestricted providing healthcare services to a wide range of population.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a provider you will
- Develop your own patient panel within a Primary Care clinic.
- Have autonomy with back-up on patient care decisions
- Have nursing and medical assistant staff
- Performs and documents patient physical assessment to identify priority care needs.
- Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care, order tests and consults as required by plan of care.
- Accurately documents all patient care activities and evaluates the outcome of patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold current and valid Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the State of Georgia.
- Must have completed accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant Program.
