Job Description

EliteCare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. The clinician will provide physical therapy services primarily at local high schools, focusing on the rehabilitation and support of student-athletes and other individuals in need of therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment programs based on patient progress and needs.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure comprehensive care for students.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall care plan.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably with pediatric or adolescent populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Candidates must reside at least 100 miles away from the location to be eligible for consideration.
