Job Description

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intermediate Care team in Beloit, WI. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, assessing and documenting changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in Intermediate Care or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  
  

Eligibility Requirements

• Must live at least 100 miles away from Beloit, WI, as clients have a non-negotiable 100-mile radius restriction for submission.
