Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans, ensuring effective communication among the care team.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Candidates must reside at least 100 miles away from Beloit, WI, to be eligible for submission. This is a non-negotiable requirement due to client restrictions.
