Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide psychotherapy services in accordance with state regulations and clinic guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
- Stay updated on best practices and developments in social work and mental health care.
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or a related degree in Counseling and Guidance from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.
- Valid State of Wisconsin license for social work practice.
- State of Wisconsin letter of approval as a "provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic."
- Demonstrated training, knowledge, and skills necessary for evaluation, treatment, and patient care across diverse age groups.
