Position Title: Travel Nurse - RN - PCU

Location: Templeton, CA, USA

Department/Unit: Progressive Care Unit

Shift: Night Shift (1900-0730)

Number of Weeks: 13

Salary: $40 to $50 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Nurse (RN) for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Templeton, CA. This is a night shift position for a duration of 13 weeks. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to patients and will be able to adapt quickly to new environments and teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Certification in Critical Care (CCU PNCC or CCRN) preferred.
• Ability to assess patients and deliver care according to the specific needs of all age groups.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
