Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to serve as Vice President of

Water / Wastewater Engineering in our Austin, TX office. As a key member of the executive

leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and oversight for water and wastewater

projects throughout Central Texas. This includes serving major municipal clients such as the

City of Austin and other local agencies.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Define and implement the vision and direction for the

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (advanced degree

preferred).

Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and projects.

Extensive hands-on experience in water and wastewater engineering, with

expertise in municipal projects.

Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.

Experience in water treatment plants, wastewater plants, pipeline projects,

tunnels, and related infrastructure.

Project resume showcasing relevant municipal projects is required.

Strong client-facing and client engagement experience, with a proven track

record of fostering long-term relationships with municipalities and public

agencies.

Experience with City of Austin projects is preferred.

Technical Skills :

Demonstrated knowledge in water and wastewater systems design and

implementation.

Strong business acumen with experience identifying new business opportunities,

negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and steering financial performance.
